Pimp my ride
Watched a couple of friends put personal touches on Tre's car. Tre is now loving his new look, does look good. Pity i didn't help
New edition
Maybe it is time to have my own space. kind of tired of having to share, maybe i'll still share but just a little
Maxi
Spotted a Rixi or meter taxi on my way home and couldn't help but think i would be comfortable i would be in there but how much would it cost me. Have no choice but to share
En route home
Thank goodness i get to sit by a window because with the mixture of bad body odor and food, it wasn't a pleasant smell. But apart from that, my ride home was a good one
Beep Beep
One of the most busiest parts of Pretoria Central, the corner of Vermullen and Van der Walt street. Now due to the construction, it has just made thing a little bit more difficult for motorists
The hustle
This guy right here just got a motorist parking space and is now running across the street to get some water because he convinced the motorist to let him wash their car. The hustle continues
Taking a walk
Walking from campus to where i catch my taxis. It takes me about 20 minutes to get to the place where i catch my taxi, that's if i don't take dodgy and crowded routes. The quest continues
Get a lift
Its always a sad thing to see a car getting towed and taken to a scrapyard due to an accident. Not a good look!

Happiness
What i have noticed using private and public transport is that happiness may come in many ways and forms. There are little factors of happiness when it comes to certain forms of public transport. I mainly use buses and taxis. With regards to taxis, most of the time the drivers do not really care about the passengers, as long as they pay the required fare then all is fine. Half the time they place their passengers lives at risk with their driving methods and the condition of their vehicles. The problem is that if you dare complain, you will either get sworn at, told to get off or told why don't you get a car of your own. Happiness levels are at an all time low especially in winter when it comes to public transport. most of the vehicles do not have heat and people do not find the need to breath a bit of fresh air. Ironically even in summer, people do not open windows, which is ridiculous.
For most people, sometimes the only time they get to take a minute and sit for a while is when they are en route somewhere which gives them the opportunity to grab a bite to eat and then some. Now, having someone eating a pie or an ear of corn next to you in a crammed taxi is not the greatest thing ever as both these foods are quiet messy.
Although travelling is something that is quiet enjoyable when you are in an environment of comfort, it is not all terrible. Using safe transport, in a clean environment or in your private vehicle may make your trip a good one. But things that need to be avoided are burning buses.....

MetroRail
As a kid, loved watching the train go by. Back then not knowing how much of an impact this form of transportation had on a lot of people. It being the cheapest form of transport and yet on of the dangerous ones too.
Day at the mall
One of the most chaotic places concerning vehicles are malls. From having a hard time finding parking, drivers parking where they see fit even if it is not convenient for everyone else, to taxis offloading in the middle of the road. Just another day
Hot Afternoon
Why is it that on a very hot day still no one opens a window..? Either some lady is complaining that the air is a bit harsh, or the other complaining her weave is being blown around. What about the rest of us that aren't near any windows, we should just sit quietly in the heat??
One can never say they experience much traffic if they are in an experienced taxi drivers vehicle. Rather when you get to your destination, you will be holding your stomach in your hands.
Good Morning
Early morning as I commute from Ga-Rankuwa to Pretoria central. Always an eventful day doing the 35-45min drive depending on traffic and the kind of day it is
Sparapara
Passing by the train station and spotted people leaving the station
Local taxi waiting to take people to the next place
Some people running to catch the next transport to get them home

Night out
Decided to take a drive to get something to eat, and while out, saw some tired people coming from work and getting on the bus heading home
Bus on fire
Accident at a funeral
We witnessed an accident that was caused deliberately by a taxi driver. There was a funeral in the area and parking was limited, this guy had to park momentarily in front of the taxi drivers home. Instead of being patient while they called the guy from inside the church he(driver) thought it would be best to ram into his car.. Should we call it "short man syndrome"?
